The Final Act

There’s a day that’s coming.

You’ve been dreading it – but it still pushes forward. Like a locomotive that is set on its task and trek, it cannot be diverted or defeated. On some days, we will win the battle.

But the War?

The War is already decided.

We will all die.

Macabre? Too deep? What the hell has gotten into Chris?

Perhaps.

And still…. too true not to write about it.

Because this realisation can become our greatest motivation. Our Final Act is coming. And during the time here you have the opportunity to do something great…. or not.

What’s amazing is that we look back on the times we shared with people, with experiences we had and with a nostalgic wink say, “They were the good old days”.

Except……

They weren’t the good old days.

These are the days we will look back on with that nostalgic wink.

These are the good old days.
