An Extra 730 Hours? Yes Please.

What could you do with an extra 730 hours a year?

Think about your business, your charity, your health, your relationships.

730 hours is the equivalent of 18.24 work weeks.

That’s the equivalent of 4.5 months extra attention on a goal that is important to you.

What could you accomplish in that time?

So of course, the answer is a hell of a lot.

I mean, if you were truly focussed at doing rain-maker activities, you would hit your goal out of the park. Not only would you set a clear and definitive foundation, you would hack your mind into creating a habit that will last you a lifetime.

So how do you get another 730 hours to your name?

It’s actually not as hard as you think.

The key principle is time utilisation, not time management. I don’t want to manage my time, I want to use it to create a goal that is inspiring me and making a difference in the world.

So, every day, I recommend you allocate 2 hours to your goal. Just 2 hours? Yes. No more and no less.

2 hours is the approximate free-time that you have whilst still managing to keep the household running, your marriage or relationship passionate, your health where it needs to be, your children still remembering your name.

This is something anybody can do.

Hell, if you want to ramp it up and do 3 hours, or 4 or even 6…. well, do the math and consider the life you’ll have 12 months from now.

I’m not suggesting you give up on the things that are important to you. I am suggesting you stop binging on Game of Thrones, The Kasrdashian’s and the news (yes, STOP watching the news. It’s killing your brain cells, and your prosperity).

Allocate 2 hours a day to you, and see the magic happen.
